Changed my screen name from NarutoNinja to Cypheroid. This was done partly because Naruto was over used and that I wanted something unique so I came up with Cypheroid.

Cypher is usually spelt with an "i" (Cipher), however, a "y" in the word looks cooler and is still considered correct. I wanted a suffix with this word to make it unique and came up with Cypherex but a google search on that pulled up a lot of info. Then I looked up a list of suffixes and found -oid, meaning to resemble. I googled Cypheroid and found that it was used in an animated series from 1986 called the Inhumanoids. Cypheroid was the name of their 6th episode. So it turned out that I didn't totally come up with the word first but I didn't care. It was mine! Since it was still considered something relativly unused, I felt safe to use Cypheroid as a new screen name. From now on, I will be known as Cypheroid.

Went to Golden Gate Bridge and walked across it and back. It took nearly 2 hours. Had dinner at Calzones.

Had Japanese food for dinner at Maru Sushi. It had a sushi bar with sushi floating in boats.

Driven for the first time in California in an unfamiliar car. It was slightly nerve-racking but fun at the same time. I couldn't tell the difference between 20mph and 35mph. I'm not sure if it was the car, because it was so close to the ground or not. I'm more used to driving higher off the ground and I can tell the difference between 10kph.

Played Bocce ball with Adam, Mike and Winona at night at the Yahoo! Bocce ball court at night. We played till it was nearly midnight. I had quite some fun and the atmosphere was really pleasant, it being at night and calm.

Cypheroid: No longer needs visual aid consistently

I've been in California for a little over 2 weeks now (arrived on Nov. 29). Jonathan is coming to join us on the 16th and Peter, a few days after that. When we're all here, the fun begins. For now, I'm just spending my time learning material for school and relaxing. Almost everyday I chat with my parents through Skype, which I'm surprised about since I usually think I don't have that much to talk about with my parents but there's always a little bit of this and that that goes into the conversation.

I've been sleeping late the last few days. This is partly because my mind keeps coming up with things I want to do the next day and my running mind just keeps me awake. Now that I've blogged in the middle of the night and finished some of the tasks I came up with, I think I'll be able to goto bed easier.

This weekend was fairly busy. Firstly, on Friday, we had poker night but it was more of a game night plus opening of presents.

On Saturday, we went to Jeannie and John's Thankmas party. We had to pick up Jonathan at the airport so we dropped things off at the party then, went for Jon.

Today, We had dim sum with our aunt and a distant relative. After dim sum, we walked around China Town where I got some souvenirs for my friends. For dinner, we met up with Gary, a cousin that I've never met before. Today was a surprising day as I learned I had more relatives living in California than I thought. When the day was near its end, we played some Bocce ball.

I've really enjoyed my 2 weeks in California so far. I think I want to move down here in the future if possible.

Peter arrived in California today, completing our group. I'm happy to see him again since he was busy with school the last couple of months.

From Sunnyvale, to Irvine, the trip took 9 hours. That included resting zones and lunch, however. I, Peter and Jonathan shared the driving and Winona did the navigating. Upon arrival at our destination at 7:00, we were introduced to Adrian and his family then went out for dinner.

My hamster learned how to climb out of her cage today.
